I don't play many Sega games, but taking a glance at some series they've made (also considering that Namco x Capcom also had some old/obscure characters)...
Sonic The Hedgehog, Phantasy Star, Virtua Fighter, Nights Into Dreams, Sakura Taisen, Valkyria Chronicles, Altered Beast, Jet Set Radio, Panzer Dragoon, Puyo Puyo, Ristar, Shenmue, Shining Force, Shinobi, Skies of Arcadia
That kind of stuff.

Hey, maybe it's a Darkstalkers x Eternal Champions crossover!

A good writer puts in a lot of details in there story. But a great one gets a story from a single detail.I wouldn't even want that to happen, since the games have two compeltely different feels.
Eternal Champions' best crossover partner is easily Mortal Kombat. Shame Sega of Japan killed that series, I wonder where it would have ended up going if it had continued.
I want to see Sketch Turner somewhere. That guy is awesome.
"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain."A lot of people did legitimately enjoy Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing, some even going as far as to say that it was better than Mario Kart."
And I am one of these people.
I'm hoping this turns out to be an RPG ala Namco X Capcom, but with this one actually making it to America.
You are not alone, and you are not strange. You are you, and everyone has damage. Be the better person. The website has updated a few times if any one cares.
The gimmick of this on is the the chromosomes in each peatree(sp) dish represent a character.
I don't have the knowledge so it's up to you guys.

I've noticed that every time the site updates, another red light above the drawer lights up.
I'm guessing that that's an update countdown of sorts from what I have heard.
The upper right Capcom chromosome kinda reminds me of an inverted Ken.
Break out the flowcharts.
Lampshade Hanging: It's a lifestyle. It's not working for me.
Just got pics of the "chromosomes"
Unfortunately since I can't post hot linked imaged here is where I found them

That's all the chromosomes released.

Needs more Gotcha Force.
Unfortunately, despite the reprinting, I'm highly doubtful. BUT I WILL STILL WISH IT.
"Evii is right though" -Saturn "I didn't know you were a bitch Evii." -Lior ValRelease date 03/27/2060. Calling it.
Join us in our quest to play all RPG video games! Moving on to disc 2 of Grandia!I can't make sense of them whatsoever.
The site's been updated more.
Each dish has 8 'characters', 6 lights, and there's 5 notes.
"You couldn't have expected this."
"How to look?" (the note's upside-down, implying you're supposed to look at the 'characters' like that)
"Can you recognize the voices?"
"2+1=1?"
"Can you tell the stimulation that exceeds the container's maximum level?"
Excessive teasing is starting to get on my nerves, to be honest...
"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Well, there's only two light/updates left, so I'd guess we'll get some actual info on the game sometime in May or June.
Hm... this looks interesting (though I have to admit I'm Just Here For Mega Man).
Over on The Mega Man Network they're speculating that two of the Capcom characters will be X and Zero. If so, then yes!

Locking you up on radar since '09...this website is creepy.
I can't tell what I'm looking at here. Are these things in the petri dish supposed to be characters...? If so, I think I recognized Chris Redfield and Mega Man, judging from the colors...

I liked it better when Questionable Casting was called WTH Casting AgencyI think was X. The red gemlight, y'know? And Zero was the second from the left in the top row.
But yeah, the site's a bit creepy. The music doesn't help either.
Well, Ken Masters is pretty obvious.
Isn't X just a version of Mega Man? -is not a fan of the franchise-
Mega Man X is Dr. Light's final and greatest creation (much like Zero was for Wily). In a manner, he's the original Mega Man's younger, but vastly superior, brother (and the same can be said for Zero in regards to Bass). There are always people who claim that he's the original Mega Man or someone else from the original series remodeled, though.
But anyway, compare Mega Man◊ to X.◊
The blue homolog on the site has a red piece that seems evocative of X's forehead gem.
...So yes, he's pretty much Mega Man, at least functionally.
I interpret the red square as being the Arm Cannon, seeing as it's on the part that could be interpreted as the arm.

Shining Series, Valkryia Chronicles, Sonic of course, maybe Skies.
Panzer Dragoon almost forgot about that one, I can definitely see that one in. Virtual-On maybe as well?
