If we absolutely have to change the pic, my vote goes to Light. Still prefer to keep the current pic though.

For Evil Laugh, I vote for any picture of The Joker. He's an Monster Clown who pretty much the epitome of this trope.
BTW, question about this trope: When it comes to Evil Laughter, would a short evil chuckle be like the Psychotic Smirk to the evil laugh's Slasher Smile?

Jafar has some artifacts around him. But he certainly has a great evil laugh.
Jafar is good if there's a less dark pic of him.
