If there is to be, It can't be me who writes it. It would be one long Monty Python joke. There'd be notes about how Arturia reminds Shiro of Tim Curry.
That reminds me.
I think it was on another forum, maybe. It could have been in one of the threads here.
But does anyone know where that semi-long discussion was about Artoria deciding to take over Britain in the modern day?
"But if that happened, Melia might actually be happy. We can't have that." - Handsome RobI have no recollection of such a conversation.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!I really started to go insane when I update "Path of the Broken Mage" an AU time travel fanfic of mine. People constantly tell me I don't get this universe, and I try really hard, either that or I'm wring Shirou wrong, and I'm very demotivated to write now, even though I enjoy it. I've been told to go "Toughen the fuck up" or that I need to listen to all the people who say I'm writing Shirou wrong, and I'm just tired of dealing with all of them. I never thought a fandom could suck the fun out of writing something. I don't even want to look at reviews anymore. I will finish my story, but I do think I won't read reviews anymore. I know a lot of people enjoy my story, it's just all the critical people constantly tell me the same things over and over.It gets really frustrating because I'm not used to getting a ton of attention to my work anyway, let alone a complicated universe like the Nasuverse. I just want to write and have fun! The fandom's sucked the fun out of it!
I... Okay? That just came right out of nowhere. I don't think I've even seen you before.
If you can't handle criticism then the only thing I can suggest is that you don't post your fic anywhere. You can write it and get all of the joy you want that way and you won't have to deal with any criticism. Sharing a creation with others will get you criticism, there's just no way around that. You either need to learn to deal with it like everyone else or just not share it.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!If I may ask.... where are you posting it?
Because it might just be that you need a change of audience.
Caster and Rin conspire to make Saber kawaii as shit and Caster declares war against Satsuki in one of the most amusing cliffhangers I've ever read.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!So I've been watching My Hero Academia lately and it got me thinking: How well would Shirou do in the world of MHA? Either as a world merger (the world of MHA but with Thaumaturgy) or as Shirou somehow ending up there (which wouldn't work quite as well due to his age when compared to the main cast of MHA). Given how much more positive the world of MHA is, Shirou's ideal of being a superhero would not only be obtainable, no one would consider him to be odd or twisted for having it (although they would still consider him twisted due to his whole "no sense of self worth" thing that's far worse than even Midoriya's).
Another crossover idea is to take the characters of FSN, put them into the world of MHA, condense their magecraft down to its core, and make that their Quirk. For instance, Shirou's Quirk would be UBW and Tohsaka's Quirk would be related to her jewel magic in some fashion.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!If you go the FSN Shirou sent to MHA route, then given his tendencies, he'd become a vigilante, which is illegal, but he might think it lets him help more people than just being a licensed hero.
Don't you think he'd try to get into UA? After all, he wants to become a Hero of Justice and the people at UA can help him do that.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!It depends on what point of FSN he gets plucked from. Before the war, definitely. After the war... unlikely. It'll be a question of being a hero NOW and MAYBE being a hero later. Likely, he'll TRY to get in UA, but get drummed out because he keeps doing vigilante activities, with some excuse like 'I'm going to be a hero, so I figured I'd help now'. In MHA, that's like saying, 'I'm going to be a doctor, so I thought I'd start a practice.'
Just had a random idea of taking your suggestion- putting S Hiro into MHA- but doing with 3 different Shiro: FSN Shiro, Miru-verse Shiro and Prisma-verse Shiro. The thought amuses me for some reason.

I was thinking along the lines of a world crossover. The SOP for these kinds of things doesn't really work with MHA since Shirou would almost never- if ever- interact with the main cast of MHA in a meaningful way. Given that, this Shirou would have grown up under Kiritsugu's care knowing the rules of the hero society and he'd know about the internship after spending... some amount of time in UA's Hero Course. That'd make him... maybe 15 at the time and he's unlikely to try anything major before then.
Of course, now that I think about it, Shirou's dream to become a Hero of Justice largely stems from it having once been Kiritsugu's dream and Kiritsugu passed it on to Shirou when he died. So you'd probably have to figure out Kiritsugu's backstory before figuring out Shirou's.
Unless, of course, you just replace Kiritsugu with some hero. In which case, he'll absolutely go to UA and will absolutely want to be a hero.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!But... Then it would be an OC-stand-in, right? Unless you rewrite the WHOLE world...
"During the reign of King Solomon, a child was born that could glow in the dark! Over the years, other people began to develop powers...!
Now, in the year of 20xx, the whole of Earth is a hero world!"
That way, Kiritsugu can stil do his Terrorist Without A Cause Thing, all the while hiding his dark, shameful secret: he has no quirk! but that's okay, because he's developed a way to kill heroes with guns...
Of course, then the only thing that would be a challenge for everyone is if you drop Velber on their heads...

I... suppose... Zelritch did it? He took a 14 or 15-year-old Emiya Shirou and plopped him off in the world of MHA? That'd just be cheating and I have no idea what you'd do with that, though.
So long as Shirou's personality ends up being more-or-less the same and he has UBW (whether through magecraft or it being his Quirk doesn't matter), it should still work as a crossover. The beautiful thing about Shirou's backstory is that "Tragic fire of unknown origin that kills off nearly everyone in a certain area" is incredibly easy to pull off in almost any scenario.
Maybe Kiritsugu was a vigilante because he was disgusted with how these so-called Pro Heroes are almost always only in it for selfish reasons (kinda like Hero Killer Stain). Maybe he used to hunt down heroes he considered unworthy like Stain, maybe he just tried to set an example as a true hero but failed. Either way, he saves Shirou (maybe from a fire started by Endeavor while he was fighting some villain) and imparts his beliefs and ideas onto him before dying for some reason or another (maybe he had no Quirk and the injuries caught up to him). Shirou then decides to not do the vigilante thing since he saw where that lead his adopted father but instead enrolls in UA to try and change the system from the inside.
Also, there's no way I'm ever dropping Velber on anyone here because there's no way they'd survive.

Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!I'm pretty sure Stain is that masked hero in the Illegals spinoff. Same knives.
Oh, great, I had the MHA idea too, and I was even in the middle of posting it, but I procrastinated and I lost the post during a browser crash XD
There's several factors in how such a story may play out, but the two main ones in my mind are, assuming that he does go to UA "does Shirou displace an existing student" and "is the Grail War plot happening simultaneously"? I'd prefer not to do the former, and the latter can go either way for a variety of reasons.
That being said, in any case, the most obvious girl to hook him up with would be Momo. I mean, seriously, it's pretty obvious.

Confirmed in the latest, it IS Stain.
Nah, put him together with Hagakure. She is exactly his type, after all.

I am making a fusion fic between the Fate series and A Song of Ice and Fire. It would have a version of the Holy Grail where the Holy Grail is replaced by Lightbringer, the sword of heroes, and the war is known as the Clash of Fates, in reference to how the Noble Phantasms are renamed Glorious Fates. Command seals are known as sacred oaths, and the Caster class is known as Sorcerer. Each master comes from one of the Seven Kingdoms, established from before the Targaryen conquest, and each must have king's blood in their veins to qualify. Here are the servants I have selected and their masters.
Saber: Ser Galladon of Morne(genderflipped). Master: Jon Snow, representing the North.
Berserker: King Aegon I Targaryen. Master: Joy Hill, representing the Westerlands.
Lancer: Three Thousand of Qohor(I can make this work, I swear). Master: Arianna Martell, representing Dorne.
Rider: Clarence Crabb of Crackclaw Point. Master: Edric Storm, representing the Stormlands.
Sorcerer: The Grey King. Master: Wex Pyke, representing the Iron Islands.
Archer: Xanda Qo, Princess of Sweet Lotus Vale. Master: Robar Royce, representing the Vale.
Assassin: The first Faceless Man. Master: Margaery Tyrell, representing the Reach.
I'm going to include the political aspects we all see in ASOIAF, which would include Margaery being favored by the Hightowers, who rule Oldtown, as her mother is a Hightower. I am also working on some building, such as past Clashes of Fates. Bloodraven definitely took part at some point, for example.

Please allow me to introduce myself, I am a man of wealth and taste. Nice to meet you, hope you can guess my name.Does anyone have good suggestions for how to search for fanfics on FF.Net that involve Artoria's Lancer version from FGO? I notice that only one character option for Artoria Pendragon in the relevant list when you're in the Fate/stay night category (which is inclusive of the entire Fate franchise, BTW).
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. Not really. FF.net is really bad about those kinds of things. I suggest checking out AO3.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! There's a dedicated Grand order category separate from the FSN category, I suggest you look there. It's in Games, unlike FSN, which is for some reason in Anime/Manga.
I now have a sudden urge to write Mordred X Marie for some weird reason.
That... makes no sense to me. I would have expected you to do a Mordred/Fran piece.
Fate Grand Order players will know me as Ryusei-Go.Grand order, not Apocrypha. If I wrote Fran, it would be a Fran/Caules piece.
If there's not a fic where Shirou becomes a Knight of the Round Table, there needs to be.
