IIRC, Final Fantasy Tactics takes place after a very long time since XII. The Occuria are dead, a shiznit-ton of races are extinct and things are going down the crapper socially and technologically. So, basically, they'd be heroes taken from after the Age Of The Gods ends in Fate.

I'm reading 2wei chapter 26 on mangafox, either it's just you or you're confusing the are you over 18 box for the this is licenced sign.

It could be it's not available in your area because it's licensed where you are, Poyo.

I'm not sure Mangafox is region-set. We don't have any manga licensors here, and yet several series show up as blocked because of licensing to me.
