Actually considering how Shiki's ability can specifically kill the "concept" of a target I'd say that he could kill Schrodinger as everyone's favorite Nazi catboy would no longer be able to conceptualize his existence for the "concept" would no longer exist.

Which Shiki? Tohno, or Ryougi?

That's why I said Ryougi could probably do it but I wasn't sure about Tohno.

hmmm. Fair point there. I should endeavor to be more precise. Especially since the two eys are slightl different in nature. However even Shiki Tohno would probably be able to do this. At least if one takes the wiki at face value.

If I recall, I think they make a point of stating that's because Tohno cut her lines, but didn't pierce her point.

Even if that is true, there are beings who are immune to it because they don't have a fated destruction. They have no concept of death so they cannot be killed.

If you take it at face value, then all you should take of it is that he achieves the same effect as overwhelming force, just a lot easier.

It all depends on whether the MEoDP user can comprehend the concept of death that he's trying to inflict. Living being are the easiest, since they are, you know, alive. Inanimate objects start to be tricky, as it depends on what the user considers to be "alive" in their case; Ryougi's mind, for example, considers a telephone be no longer "alive" if it's broken, because it's no longer capable of serving as a telephone. On the other hand, even technically dead beings like Kirie's ghosts are still considered "alive" because they can still affect the living world.

The Types are when things become so Mind Screw that probably neither of the Shikis can use their power against them. Ryougi's third self, however, is a whole other matter.

And yeah, that was Merasmus. I just got the idea that he'd made a great partner for Ryuunosuke and just ran with it. I may have overdone the bomb-head gag, but Rule of Three and all that.
