Good fucking question.
One Strip! One Strip!Actually considering how Shiki's ability can specifically kill the "concept" of a target I'd say that he could kill Schrodinger as everyone's favorite Nazi catboy would no longer be able to conceptualize his existence for the "concept" would no longer exist.
"You cannot erase God with an edict."-Romney WordsworthWhich Shiki? Tohno, or Ryougi?
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. That's why I said Ryougi could probably do it but I wasn't sure about Tohno.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!hmmm. Fair point there. I should endeavor to be more precise. Especially since the two eys are slightl different in nature. However even Shiki Tohno would probably be able to do this. At least if one takes the wiki at face value.

"You cannot erase God with an edict."-Romney WordsworthHowever, beings like Arcuied are immune to it and are simply forced to create a new body (at least, I think it was her).
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!If I recall, I think they make a point of stating that's because Tohno cut her lines, but didn't pierce her point.
...Or something. I don't remember. It's been ages.
Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.Even if that is true, there are beings who are immune to it because they don't have a fated destruction. They have no concept of death so they cannot be killed.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!'object or entity'.
Doesn't say anything about concepts.
If you take it at face value, then all you should take of it is that he achieves the same effect as overwhelming force, just a lot easier.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariIt all depends on whether the MEoDP user can comprehend the concept of death that he's trying to inflict. Living being are the easiest, since they are, you know, alive. Inanimate objects start to be tricky, as it depends on what the user considers to be "alive" in their case; Ryougi's mind, for example, considers a telephone be no longer "alive" if it's broken, because it's no longer capable of serving as a telephone. On the other hand, even technically dead beings like Kirie's ghosts are still considered "alive" because they can still affect the living world.
The Types are when things become so Mind Screw that probably neither of the Shikis can use their power against them. Ryougi's third self, however, is a whole other matter.

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Void Shiki kills everything.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariCan she kill death?
But can she see why kids love the taste of Cinnamon Toast Crunch?
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! She can probably kill why kids love the taste of Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

She can't see the why, but she can see its death lines and death point.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariShe could, but she won't.
"Void" not only refers to Void!Shiki's being and powers, but also her motivation.
Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.I'm surprised she didn't get her own eroge. 'Filling the void'...
"I won't say that I can completely fill the void inside of you. But I can say that I will definitely give it my hardest try." ;)
"Saber needs mana. Shiro, you need to fill the void..."
And now we've gone into "can Shiki kill Servants" territory of sorts, lel.
And yeah, that was Merasmus. I just got the idea that he'd made a great partner for Ryuunosuke and just ran with it. I may have overdone the bomb-head gag, but Rule of Three and all that.
Also, BONUS DUCKS.
