Wow, that's horrible.
Motion to pull
Pic doesn't even remotely fit the trope.
Definitely supporting pull.
What is this "sleep" you speak of?If I saw a guy who looked that freaky I would definitely remember him
MOTION TO PULL
Agree. Pull.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.That is not even a Dissimile or a Visual Pun. It is just something else.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Pull, definitely. What's the point of that image, anyway?
Experience has taught me to investigate anything that glows. It's going for irony, I think... and utterly failing. Support pull with forehead whap.
Just noticed that there was a copyright on it...so...
Pulled
There's always the obvious choice.◊

Any other ideas? If not, would my suggestion be better than nothing?
I do not think it would be better than nothing.
"However, beneath that yawn-worthy exterior lurks something very interesting indeed. The Nondescript is usually a spy, or Con Man, or criminal, whose looks make it easy for him to get away with what he's doing because people either can't remember what he looks like or can't describe him well when they do."
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Actually, it says:
"However, beneath that yawn-worthy exterior lurks something very interesting indeed. The Nondescript is often a spy, or Con Man, or criminal, whose looks make it easy for him to get away with what he's doing because people either can't remember what he looks like or can't describe him well when they do. Other times, The Nondescript is just a Played for Laughs attribute of a character."
Could use the guy Yahtzee always uses for blandness. Who is that guy, anyway?
I suggest we use the default "grey silhouette" avatar that you get when you don't upload a picture of yourself on e.g. facebook or any other forum or social network.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!what about
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.
That's cool with me.
I just wish it was a bit bigger.

(can't do much better without an original)
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.

EDIT: actually if someone can edit the text in the third panel and move it to the second panel then use the second and Fourth panel it would be perfect (too far out of my skills range though)

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!The faceless silhouette might make people think it's somehow related to somebody being secretive or something. Or not. Doesn't sound like a bad idea.
Is the top panel really necessary?
somethingActually if someone could edit the text from the middle panel of this into the top panel (that part isnt needed) and delete the middle panel it would come off looking really great. (and flip the bottom panel)
Doesn't know who he is, doesn't remember the face because it is so ordinary.... perfect example of the trope.

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!I think just the last panel works. There's enough context in that.
The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything.I prefer rodney's grey silhouette, but the manga would also work.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!I think the grey silhouette is much more The Blank than this. Or possibly The Faceless, depending on interpretation.

The picture caption says as much as what I titled this article.
If we're not going to have a picture that's an example, why even bother to have a picture?
