I think that whether the contents of the database are about magic or not makes absolutely no difference. This is about the data you need to advance the story just magically being in the database.
No change needed.
Plus, it's actually possible for a literally magical database to not be what's currently called a Magical Database.
I'm not sure about those YKTTWs at the top of the page, though. We may be making this unnecessarily complicated.
Well, there is a genuine problem - this trope is, basically, Omniscient Information Source, but is being used for literally-magical databases regardless of whether they're actually omniscient (or even particularly close). So a rename probably is a good idea. But splitting it up? Not really necessary.
