Because technically there is no singular Satan in his setting? It's been shown that the Underworld is actually divided into several competing realms, with Grim and Mandy's being just one of those, alongside the realms of Aku and Him.

I know that. But Bleedman hasn't said that Mandy has any demonic strain...he hasn't bothered to explain why Mandy is somehow considered the Ultimate Evil. The show had Rule of Funny to justify it, I don't know why he doesn't spin something out of it.

Bleedman has obviously been playing everything for Darker and Edgier. I mean, he had Grim explicitly kill an unborn child (i.e. force his abortion) because that's the only way he could claim him as his "son".
