While the plural "guys" may be used to refer to people in general regardless of gender, when a "guy / girl" dichotomy is used then "guy" obviously refers to a male.
That said, I think all of these should have the same "X Guy / Y Girl" format, and have a matching redirect from "Y Girl / X Guy".
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight! In order for them to all have the same format, either the 3 with guy-girl names (and whichever else) need to be renamed to boy-girl names, or the 2 with boy-girl names (and whichever else) need to be renamed to guy-girl names.
Personally, I think it is better to go for the boy-girl naming pattern, even if this means one more rename (not sure which other tropes share each naming pattern) given that "boy" is the less ambiguous word.

"The Daily Show has to be right 100% of the time; FOX News only has to be right once." - Jon StewartAlso, would they all be handled by the same crowner, or would they be handled trope-by-trope?
"The Daily Show has to be right 100% of the time; FOX News only has to be right once." - Jon StewartBy trope.
But really, there's no ambiguity here. I don't see any problem.
Rhymes with "Protracted."This seems like a pretty silly reason for renaming.
Inconsistent naming pattern, for one. My point about switching "guy" to "boy" is simply about which means of resolving the inconsistency is better.
"The Daily Show has to be right 100% of the time; FOX News only has to be right once." - Jon StewartGuy/Girl implies that they're a couple. Boy/Girl doesn't.
(And these tropes should imply they're a couple.)

This is a really weak reason to rename one trope, let alone several tropes.
... boy/girl doesn't?
Anyway, I see where the OP is coming from (at least with regards to consistency), but still, it's a very nitpick-y point, which wouldn't, to my mind, justify a rename.
No. It sounds more like you're talking about children.
I don't see how "guy/girl" sounds like a couple.
As for the OP, I don't think this is important enough to merit a name change.
Well, this is a wiki, so if somebody is willing to do the work, it doesn't matter if other people don't find it important. The question is, do we have any good reasons why the current names are better than the proposed names?
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight! This is the silliest reason for a rename ever. This falls under if the ain't broke don't fix it bit.

Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickAnd if boy implies child, so does girl.
"The Daily Show has to be right 100% of the time; FOX News only has to be right once." - Jon StewartThat's incorrect actually. Girl is frequently used for grown women up into their fourties. Boy on the other hand is almost never used for anyone over the age of fourteen unless it's part of a construction like boyfriend or boytoy. One of those weird double-standards.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickThat said, perhaps we could find some other wording, that implies the "couple" aspect more clearly than either of our current naming patterns, that would be better yet.
"The Daily Show has to be right 100% of the time; FOX News only has to be right once." - Jon StewartThese aren't couples though, or rather they're not always romantic pairings. You still haven't brought up any valid reasons for a rename other than not liking the current ones and there's been no agreement on it. If there is still no reason by tomorrow I'm going to lock this. The current names are working great right now. This is effort that could be devoted to something that actually needs fixing. Not tweaking just so one person is happy and everyone else needs to learn new trope names for no reason.

Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickNo one who speaks English will be confused by a name like Huge Guy, Tiny Girl.
The only reason to rename these tropes is for a small bit of consistency that won't really help anything.
This thread is waste of time.

Put me in motion, drink the potion, use the lotion, drain the ocean, cause commotion, fake devotion, entertain a notion, be Nova ScotianSimple solution: make Tiny Girl, Huge Guy a redirect to Huge Guy, Tiny Girl, just in case people forget which order the trope is named in.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!I agree that these tropes are fine as they are.
Support Gravitaz on Kickstarter! There is no need to rename these.
I'm not crazy, I just don't give a darn!Fine as is. Create reversed redirects just in case and move on.
Fight smart, not fair.Redirects Are Free. Go ahead and make any you would like. I'm locking this.

Huge Guy, Tiny Girl
Tiny Guy, Huge Girl
Savvy Guy, Energetic Girl
The above are some examples of the "X Guy, Y Girl" naming pattern.
First off, this naming pattern isn't used consistently; another one used is "X Girl, Y Boy." (Such as Masculine Girl, Feminine Boy or Pink Girl, Blue Boy.)
But the reason I suggest renaming "X Guy, Y Girl" tropes to fit the "X Girl, Y Boy" pattern, instead of the other way around, is because "guy" is gender-ambiguous; there are contexts in which "guys" is used to refer to female charcters. "Boy," on the other hand, is male-specific, getting rid of the ambiguity.
