I find it hilarious that they decide to lampshade the fact that Rock-Paper-Scissors is the worst catchphrase ever. Anyways, apparently the Evil Witch debuts next episode so yay?

Is this worth picking up if I liked Heartcatch and 5?

So far it is a lot like 5 so I would say yes. The action isn't up to Heartcatch standards though but the comedy mixed in with the action makes up for it. (then again they haven't even made a full team yet so it could pick up.)

I guess I will then, I love Magical Girl shows aside from their love of Dude We're Building The Team That's Already In The OP and ED Anyways.

It's a step up from YesPC5 so you should watch this. Contrary to lack of research rumors, Episode 5 will have Cure Beauty refuse and agree to join the team in the same episode

I do love how shamelessly the show lampshades itself.

Like Cure Happy's complete inability to keep precures a secret while Sunny (and now Peace ) have to point out how terrible she is at it.

I like that their super attack can be used only once per battle, and that justifies the use of a full team. Though I gotta ask, how unique is that to a show of this genre?

The fact that their finisher is stated to only work once per transformation is pretty unique. But in practice it isn't all that uncommon Magical Girl Warrior with Stock Footage finishers usually will only use said stock footage once an episode and stick to punches the rest of the time. (usually get combo finishers later on that are only used once.)

Or like Heartcatch Precure get a very quick minor ranged attack mixed in with the punches.

Well, so far the canon count tolls that Happy Shower has officially worked twice. In the future that limit is yet to be stretched

I am going to like Nao and Miyuki.

Nao is probably going to be a Team Mom type which will be interesting on how she interacts with the others Aoki especially unlike Yes I can see them being a little bit of rivals.

However I expect a Volleyball vs Soccer debate to pop up sometime soon with Akane and Nao

(you can guess who is my fav so far.)

You saw how game breaking he was, just to cover the transformation sequence drawback. It would be criminal of him to maintain his presence : him going back to fairy tale land just proves how much trouble is still left for him to settle

Playing Old Maid to see who is the Villain of the Week though was funny as hell.

Ok the South Pole... that was funny.

And it messes with Futari Wa Pretty Cure's standard of immunity shield while transforming.

Pettanko Attack... seriously they could have went with something else...
