The rebuilt syndicate uses Contractors as its elite soldiers to enslave the world under the rule of Princess Celestia, who is actually trying to unite the world to fight Nightmare Moon who has managed to find a way to boost her powers to even more absurd levels...but has gone insane and now believe humanity must all be turned into stars and then fall from the sky into eternal night to be happy. Hei must team up with Twilight Sparkle to try to stop Celestia, not aware of her true motives or Nightmare Moon's oncoming apocalyptic plans.
