Apparently it always comes out the Monday after Halloween, never actually on Halloween, so yes, clockwork. At the very least it's true none of the others have been uploaded on Halloween.

BTW, I think Lani pretty much abused the "Major Speech Karaoke" special feature of the 1-4 rerelease to get his delivery perfect. XD

I couldn't quite make out what Van Winkle called Alucard. I heard "racist" and "*something* propagating misogynistic pig" but the rest was rather difficult to make out.

Props to them. They made the Major's war speech as corny as you'd expect from an abridged series, yet as awesome as the one from the show.
