Actually I think it could work if we cut the third panel and went without subtitles. I think "woman gets her clothes torn, notices and surrenders" logically implies the modesty part.
And here's the pulled image, where there's a suction cup if you look closely.

@Raso: I'm not sure how well those work; that girl doesn't really seem at all modest. She doesn't try to cover herself, and in the third panel it even looks like she's posing.
