I'm almost certain that this was meant as Bob Is A Funny Name, but it's certainly undergone some Trope Decay since then. Given the typical problems of Everything's Better With X tropes, it might not be a bad idea to think about a rename.
This definitely needs a rename. Aside from there being too many "Everything's Better With X" tropes, this one doesn't even fit the pattern.

Urban Dictionary defines Bob as "The first name that comes to mind when people are trying to think of names." And I think that's a thing. But that shouldn't give us a list of everyone in fiction who is named Bob.

No, we still need to remove 90% of the examples as set criteria for future entries.
Honestly, I'd be fine deleting all the wicks and cutting this. There's a trope somewhere out there about the name "Bob", but this isn't it, and it wouldn't be named "Everythings Better With Bob" anyway. We'd have to scrap the name, the examples, and the description, which would leave us starting from scratch. I mean, is there anything here to salvage?
Like, if someone's really interested, they could re-YKTTW the tropable version and make this page into a redirect, but if that's not happening, I don't see much reason to keep it around if nobody's going to volunteer to do that. (I'm certainly not.)

Yeah, this should probably be cut and be re-YKTTW, like previously suggested. People just slap on an example whenever someone is named Bob. The trope's definition is that bob is a funny name. It's not played for laugh with Sideshow bob or Bob Parr, to name a few examples that shouldn't be listed.

I think Bob as an inherently funny name could pass as a trope, it's been very much lampshaded over the years and used in comedies. However, that's not what this trope seems to be being used as. Rather, this trope seems to be being used as "Some People Are Called Bob".
I'd advise using a chainsaw to any X Just X examples and cleaning up the Real Life section (which will probably end up being completely empty as a result).
