That's the boss theme of Erebus, the final boss of The Answer.

He doesn't even lose his fight; he just lets you go.
The only reason YHWH is still around is that he's worshiped enough to keep coming back.

EDIT: Mewtwo's Theme from Pokemon Rumble deserves mention too. It is a barrage of psychotic noise bent on ruining your mind. It earns its spot as a true boss theme.
