If you insist on using a picture with Japanese pretty boys, they're always going to be indistinguishable from girls.
Being in a Japanese-produced work is not enough of a difference to warrant its own trope.

I've seen a lot of this stuff, but even I think the Sukisyo example looks like a guy and a girl. The chest of the one is covered, so at first glance people might think the same.
Does anyone have any other suggestions? I tried looking for a good shot with a girl watching but couldn't find one.
