C³ – Cube×Cursed×Curious

So it's about three girls and a guy. It's your typical harem, except the hero goes around removing curses, have we had that one before?

I decided to add this along with Fate Zero in my "to-watch" list.

So at first look, it doesn't seem to have much plot to follow. But then, that goes for a general number of Light Novel turned anime, with a healthy number of exceptions. But since it's just the start, I'm willing to put up with it for a few more episodes.

The guys over at ANN gave it negative reviews. I'm still going to give it a shot though.

ANN is a load of crap that cant handle anything that's not Shōnen action or bloody...

Anyways the first episode was quite good Fear is just so cute and is pretty much a Tsundere Erio but it does have a bit of a Bakemonogatari thing going on. I flat out Love the art style.

Well I was really expecting people who likes Shounen more to just disregard shows like this trash. ANN is entitled to their own opinion, no matter how retarded and fandumb it looks.

There is the upcoming fight to look forward to, I already spoiled myself be reading all that was translated from the light novels on Baka-tsuki awile back.

It will be similar to certain parts of Kore wa Zombie, that's if they don't tone it down for the TV audience, or make some other changes like removing Fear's flashback

It wasn't very good. Characters were annoying. Although the concept is mildly interesting.

Huh? In what way?

The first half was so very cliche, that I was practically expecting the arrival of the big-breasted neighbor girl with hom-made food. Also, it was very rushed even the manga daptation makes more sense. (though maybe that was partially from Hadena subs being awful). For examle the protagonist grabbing that slit on the box, made more sense than just Fear being angry at him for touching her as a box. Also, it was weird how the guy instantly figured out that she is the box, after seeing her.

He figured it out instantly because that's why his father sends him stuff. To break curses. So it's just an everyday part of his life for cursed things to turn into girls.

Well the second episode has just aired, and all I have to say is: be prepared to change your underwear after you watch it.
