Heck, is there anything preventing not-Yuuno from being not-Suzaku? I never saw Code Geass so I don't know much about Suzaku's characterization, but not-Yuuno comes off as something of a Knight Templar (Yandere, not so much).

So I was rereading the first chapter again, and Daisy says she limited Eiji's Order to 0.01 to prevent a disaster like before.
So yeah, unless she's lying (which is possible), or leaving out something important (also possible) it seems that Eiji did cause the destruction of the world with his order.
So would this be Nice Job Breaking It, Hero, or Nice Job Fixing It, Villain?

No. All it implies is that he'd normally be able to either control a much larger area, have greater control over people or both.
I'm pretty sure that "what happened last time" the protagonist's main power was used, was the conquering of the world and then the destruction.
I'm assuming, for the moment, that this is a fairly simple case of him controlling the entire world instantaneously, and then ordering everyone to destroy it.
Anyway, pretty interesting start, but I'm thinking there may be some way around Rin's compulsion (by whatever means it was done) to be passive, particularly once they're out of his Kekkai boundary.
Or simply ordering the world to rearrange itself to fit what he thought was the "best" way for things to be. This could easily result in people doing very violent things.

Artist appears to be able to draw only one type of face. Try to make up one that does not make everyone look copies from your last work will you?
Lack of variety in faces aside, the art is pretty good, so I'm willing to let it slide.

You do know that people cling to only one art style and most manga artist do that. Remember Dragon Ball and Blue Dragon.
At least the guy who did those had ways to make the characters look a little more distinct. You might notice similarities, but you'd at least recognize all characters to be different from each other.
Here, it's almost impossible to tell. If you showed me a page and told me it's a page from Mirai Nikki, I would have believed you.

So with the new chapter up, Eiji's power includes telekinesis, he's making an active effort to not be as much of a bastard as he could be * , and he's having a minor How Do I Shot Web? problem. I guess the deal with those Death Note-shinigami looking guys will be one of the series's important questions.
Rin still isn't a Yandere, but Jesus that is not a healthy relationship.
