And so Madonna's "directorial career" begins.
Looks like we got ourselves the first candidate for Todd's Worst of 2016 list.

Guess who's back. Back again.
He likes it! I had a feeling he would.
By the way, I tweeted him my OHW piece. I haven't heard a response from him yet, but I'll let you know if I do.
Thanks!

I love to learn, I love to yearn, and most of all... I love to make money.Read it, and that is pretty cool. Very informative.
Haven't watched the video yet, but he did tweet semi-positively about it a few weeks ago. Had a poll of Roses vs I Took a Pill in Ibiza for "Most Surprisingly Good Pop Song from an Act with No Business existing in 2016" or something similar.
I'm surprised that he liked it, but yeah it's fair.
Kyle Kallgren has been dog-sitting Amy while Todd and Lindsay are at Disney World, and now he's turning into Todd.

That second series of tweets was astounding.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.Does this explain why Todd is discussing Madonna's artfilms?
"If you spend all your heart / On something that has died / You are not alive and that can't be a life"After that Avicii line, I began to wonder if Todd was sincere in his estimation of this song as “the most depressing song, ever.” After watching the whole review, I decided he was sincere, thanks to his deep analysis of the song. For the record, I don’t remember the earlier song he referred to, nor do I remember Todd even doing a review of it.
Confirmed Bachelors: the dramedy hit of 1883!He did, it was there. But I guess he has a point about the whole "popsong people forgot thing"

Yeah. I remember the name Mike Posner and the fact that he had a song titled "Cooler Than Me", but I cannot for the life of me remember how the song goes. Furthermore, the only reason I did remember their existence was because of Todd's review of the song.
I remember it. It had a pretty good hook, which Todd compared to Blondie.
Switch FC code: SW-4420-1809-1805I remember it because it played in one episode of Criminal Minds.
I remember it because my girlfriend at the time really liked it.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.Todd had a strike, Krin's in trouble, and Todd might go all Vimeo.

@Odd 1 Your girlfriend had interesting taste in music (I mean enough people must have liked it by definition and I sort of did, but mostly in a if this was sung by a really insecure and resentful character it would work great)
Oh uh oh, especially if vimeo costs a lot.

Where's The Fair Use?
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?Currently fighting a hashtag movement.
"If you spend all your heart / On something that has died / You are not alive and that can't be a life"Ya know, I kinda wanna see Todd do a video on Grand Funk Railroad. I like GFR, but I've been curious as to how come they were one of the "critics hate them but the fans love them" type bands and celebrated for it, when Nickelback have a similar reception and people mostly loathe them.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell? But GFR weren’t a OHW. If you want a “fan-fave loathed by the critics,” maybe you could go for Uriah Heep (technically a OHW, though they were regular hitters on the album charts back in the day) or Bloodrock (definitely a OHW, and had the same management as GFR).
Confirmed Bachelors: the dramedy hit of 1883!Oh I know GFR weren't one-hit wonders (they had two number ones and a few top tens and after all), but I just wanna hear Todd give a discussion about them or other bands who fit into that mold.
The difference with using Uriah Heep is that the Heep were more musically talented than GFR. Their lead singer was Ian Gillan levels of talented and their keyboard player was phenomenal at both playing and writing. GFR were rudimentary when it came to their talents, in all honesty (except for Mel Schacher, their bass player).
And Bloodrock...well you could barely call their one song a hit, in all honesty. It made it into the Top 40 and that's about it. Though seeing Todd covering it for Halloween would be nice.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?Hasn't Vimeo been hit with a lot of takedowns lately too?
(For what it's worth, though, I thought "Please Don't Go" was pretty decent and "Bow Chicka Wow Wow" was dumb enough to be a guilty pleasure.)

Really liked that Barry McGuire episode. Kind of wish the guy had gone with more of his own material earlier, but I'm glad he's doing well. There's also something to be said for a politically involved veteran Christian artist who concerns himself with issues like climate change rather than The Culture War.
I'll hide your name inside a word and paint your eyes with false perception.
