The outside of a burrito is a tortilla unless you put the filing in a bowl because a tortilla is too high carb.

If you don't really do any baking and don't like eggs, not owning flour or eggs is pretty normal. Like, if I really have a craving for cake or something, I'll buy a small cake. (I also buy a pie when I want one, but that's mostly because my pies are horrible. Doesn't matter how long I bake them or what kind of pie it is, they end up all awful and soggy.)

There's also the "oops, I ran out of eggs" possibility.
