...seriously?
Megaton Punches might be played for comic relief as shown in those pics but it is legitimately used as an attack in many a medium.
Death is a companion. We should cherish Death as we cherish Life. There's a TRS thread about that.
Yeah, unwritten rule number one: follow all the unwritten procedures. - CamacanThere is a nice image of Captain Falcon launching Luigi with his Falcon Punch from the Memetic Mutation page for Super Smash Bros. Why not use it?

An open mind and compassionate heart are among the most important qualities we can have.I see Luigi jumping backwards in an attempt to dodge.
Yeah, unwritten rule number one: follow all the unwritten procedures. - CamacanIf you look at his eyes, they strongly suggest that he's been punched. But I agree it's not great.
Incidentally, what ever happened with the TRS thread on this?
It's still ongoing. The Falcon/Luigi pic's so-so.
Proposing this pic, just in case.
"Your kindness gives me the presentiment I can be reborn. Now, I want to believe at least in you." - Kaori Yae
Maybe for another punch/knockout trope, but not this one.
Stick with the current and send the others to image links. Misunderstanding of the trope on person who suggested it.
To nitpick, Punched Across the rooms is still more practical than "blown across the room". At least if the object is smaller than the puncher but tough enough not to be pieced or broken to pieces.
Modified Ura-nage, Torture RackClock is set.
I already brought up a number of them on the last page.

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!I wouldn't mind pairing that one against the current in a crowner.
That one is the only one that fits the current trope definition. The Captain Falco one isn't currently this trope.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickOkay, it's way past time to wrap this. The suggestions that actually work for the trope are on the Image Links page; locking up.
Bump...any other thoughts?
