Haven't you noticed just how time is accelerating itself? Days pass faster than ever.

Haven't you noticed just how many natural disasters have happened in the last 10 years? Never happened in such a short period of time before.

I'm not being mystical here, but haven't many truths that were well-hidden before been exposed to public attention?

This is Kairos, the time of Revelations. Does anyone knows about it?

Isn't time going slower, actually, because the Earth's rotation is slowing down?

Not literally going slower I guess, but our days would be longer.

Oh and about the natural disasters: It may be true that there have never been as many disasters worldwide as there have been lately, but we can't know. We are just getting into the time when if something bad goes down in Taiwan, someone in Europe would know.

Pre-Easy Communication, like we have now, people didn't know what was going on in other parts of the world. It may well be that there have always been this many disasters, we just didn't know about them.

Good point, but days are not going slower. It might be the case for people who bore easily or people who don't work but it's eerie just how fast days go. I haven't had this impression back when I was your age (because I highly doubt you're older than me).

Maybe there was just as much disasters back in the days but most natural disasters of note (meaning the ones that garnered a significant death toll) have been covered in the West since the 80's. Anyone old enough to remember that time might note that it there wasn't as much 30 years ago. Now I don't deny that, in older times, this might have happened, can't know I wasn't there.

Thumped: for switching the discussion from the topic to a person. Doesn't take many of this kind of thump to bring a suspension. Stay on the topic, not the people in the discussion.

I bit out of curiosity, and Googling "Kheiros" and "revelation" only turns up this post. So, by all means enlighten us.

It's only that way because you're trying to force fit it. History has had plenty of chunks that were a lot more hectic than the past few years.

The emotions of others can seem like such well guarded mysteries, people 8egin to 8elieve that's how their own emotions should 8e treated.

I APOLOGIZE, I have misspelled the name.

The proper spelling is "KAIROS" which is a concept defining time as opposed to "Kronos". You can google it again if you so desire.

@feokatahari: Won't you look at that? I said ONE thing about Jews and now I'm gonna blame them for EVERYTHING in this world. Ain't I a bitch that deserves to die? Or a stupid cunt? Or you could also get off my case and stick to the subject I'm trying to introduce here and not speak about unrelated topics, thanks.

Doesn't perception of time speed up as you age.

Saying you remember shit from the 80's means your old.

Please.

Time feels like it goes by faster as you get older. It's normal; the more time behind you, the shorter each individual day is relative to the days that you have witnessed. Fun fact: by the time you are 20 years old, your life is, relative to your perception of time, halfway over.

Of course I am old. And that's what makes me see things differently than if I were your age.

That is true, but that's not what I'm talking about. It more about a concept of sequential time as opposed to the time where something special happens.

[up] This reminds me of anything on David Icke's forums.

[up][up] I see something about an ancient Greek word meaning roughly "This is the best time to do something that will achieve success". I don't see anything to do with the "Time of Revelations". All I see is "Time of Opportunity". The time to buy is now! Purchase 1 widget for twenty simple installments of $19.99 and get the second one at half price, with a FREE book light!
