Resident Evil: Outbreak was never a top-down dealie. If anything, it's more like the Hunter The Reckoning games.

I don't know how a game could possibly be frightening when experienced from that camera angle.

Then I remembered that Downpour was still being made. That brought some relief.

True. But I just meant the co-op play. Additionally, the camera in Outbreak does sometimes view as overhead, just not often. I do get what you're saying though.
