Well, from what I've gathered, the movie is going to deal with how the mind actually works, teaching us things like how we remember songs, how we forget things, etc.

Don't make it too educational, okay Pixar?

Presumably the brain's wife is going to die while tinkly piano music plays and everyone will be reduced to bawling like babies with colic.

That sounds an awful lot like Fantasia, except about brain stuff instead of music.

But not before the dream collapses.

I was kinda hoping it was a movie about a little kid who has imagined an entire world in his/her own head and as he/she grows up and faces challenges, he/she loses touch with their little world and the people in his/her head struggle to accept that the kid doesn't need them any more. The world in his/her head actually exists and they come to Earth to save the day...I dunno LOL Or something like that.

So...schizophrenic Toy Story with aliens.

This may be the second Pixar film after Monsters Inc. when they really do need to design a world of characters with no visual references except for their imaginations! I'm excited!

I am calling this movie "Pixarception" until we get a real title

I thought we were going to stick with calling it The Untitled Pixar Movie That Takes You Inside The Mind.

I'd call it Pixar Body Wars.

I'll call it Pixarika.

Pixarnauts is the obvious and superior choice. :P

Since this movie is supposed to be about how the mind actually works, I wouldn't be too surprised if it ends up becoming one of those educational IMAX movies. So far I can't think of anything else that could really be done with the concept (that hasn't been done before, anyway.)

It could star memes (no, not internet memes, the actual scientific concept) as characters.

Fantastic Voyage was a plot wrapped around the current understanding of how the human body worked.

But is it the mind?
