Ok the bad snowclone, its not a character trope its a series trope. This trope is basically "Series gets weirder as it goes on" the weird version of Hotter and Sexier, Bloodier and Gorier, Lighter and Softer or Darker and Edgier.
It misuses "Widget" As in Widget Series aka Weird Japanese Thing.
Seems to be an avenue of complaining, And well its a freaken mess with no YKTTW.
