I was hoping to add a Tyke Bomb Ambiguous Innocence Career Killer who is assigned to guard one rather short and frail kid. She can only attack when he tells her its okay, but when she does, she is the Queen of the No-Holds-Barred Beatdown. In her introduction, she is shown as innocent enough. She does not comprehend why her master is always sad, because as a young genius, he is basically a bully magnet.

She has no understanding of the world, and just seems like an Manchild. That is when someone tries to mug him. He tells her to "disable him". She promptly crushes the knife the mugger is using into dust, she slams her palm into his elbow so hard, the arm is bisected at the elbow.

While he is in shock, she goes behind him and delivers one solid punch to his spine. And there, disabled opponent, his spine is shattered. All the while, she is crying and weeping, asking him why he has to be such a meanie.

What I want to show is how to make her not only a terrifying person to fight, but also to make her a woobie. Like, she does not want to do this to people, but she has to in order to defend the people she loves.

How should I convey this woobie-ness of hers in writing is what I am asking?

How do I really hammer in the hopelessness of a Muggle Mugging the Monster?

How to realistically portray her feelings?
