Snow White And The Huntsman

Kristen Stewart or no Kristen Stewart, I think this is looking pretty good. It's gonna be a dark action film with fantasy creatures and the Queen as a serial killer, according to Charlize Theron, and the Huntsman (who is being played by Thor, I might add) teaching Snow White to fight. I'll wait to see a trailer, but they did release photos at Comic-Con of Snow White, The Huntsman, The Queen and The Prince. IMO, it all looks very intriguing, and we can expect a PG-13 rating at the least.

What beautiful costume design, so lovingly complimented by Stewart's completely vacant expression and slouching posture.

Well the Queen's hot. Snow White... meh, might need some Jager first.

Comic con sucks, that has nothing to do with comic books! Maybe if they've got some interesting old timey weaponry and armor, no reason see another same Sword and Sorcery scene. Give the Queen a cat of nine tails, or halberd. That'll make for some interesting spell dodging and flyning even if the film bows to Sword Almighty.

X5 You make it sound like something that has always been as opposed to something that never should have been. What was the last comic that made a buzz at comic con.

For a brief moment I thought the Queen was covered in Triforces.

I'm thinking the plot will be something to likes of:

Snow White is cleaning the house during the "Whistle While You Work" segment then "OH SHIT A GIANT SPIDER!"

You see, because... like huntsman is a type of spider...

And then she will roll up a newspaper and swat it.

The shield makes it look like Snow White hails from Gondor.

Which is weird because the Prince is looks like a Hessian mercenary sent to America to fight in the Revolutionary War.

x5: You do know Comic-Con covers a lot more than just comics, right?

Really it just makes me want to see the movie even more, despite the 99.9% chance that I'm wrong.

I'm telling ya, it's Christopher Walken after a bath in the fountain of youth.

I don't see it. But he looks like someone took a headshot of the actor and copy/pasted his face onto the suit of armor or something, I guess it's just the lighting.

Snow White... as an Action Girl? Fighting against the Evil Queen? With the Huntsman training here? And she's the girl from Twilight? lolwut?

I'm not sure which confuses me more: the fact that this being made or the fact that I actually want to see this.

Actually both Snow White films I'm piqued in for various reasons. Tarsem Singh is luring me to other with the knowledge of my eyes getting imagery porn.

Beastly, Red Riding Hood and now this. What fairytale they will Twilitize next?
