As for how he learned to pitch like that, I dunno, but I know some of his products are based on Billy Mays products (Shamwow from Zorbeez, Slap chop from Quick chop, etc...) so I wouldn't be surprised if Vince's pitching style was partly based on Billy's.

If it's in self-defense, yeah. We don't know for sure, but I'd say the burden of proof is on those accusing him.

Seriously, this guy is so compelling, he, like, makes you want to buy it, not just consider it, but lament the fact that No Export for You means you won't get to buy the Sham Wow or the Slap Chop, and it makes you feel sad. I want to know where he learned to deal like that.
