Bruno is probably up there in power. He trains with his Pokémon.
Plus all the various gym leaders, elite four, and champions who probably have some sort of combat expertise or supernatural abilities due to being military/ninjas/martial artists/psychics etc.

Olympia is an even stronger Psychic then Sabrina, as her gym has small cosmic pheonmenon like stars and galaxies in her gym thats is implied that she herself manipulates with her mind.
Mewtwo isn't the strongest, Arceus is is, by way of lore. in fact, Most of the Sinnoh legendaries are the strongest beings in pokemon according to lore.

Actually, Mewtwo does manage to exceed Arceus in power through Mega Evolution IIRC.
EDIT: Yup, he does. From Bulbapedia:
Mega Mewtwo X has the highest base Attack of all Pokémon, as well as the highest single base stat and base Special Attack of all Fighting-type Pokémon.
Mega Mewtwo X's Attack increase is the largest single stat increase of all Mega Evolutions, at 80 points.
Mega Mewtwo Y has the highest base Special Attack of all Pokémon and the highest single base stat of all Psychic-type Pokémon.

@MARQ: Gameplay and Story Segregation. Gameplay wise, Mega Mewtwo Y and X are stronger, but story wise, Arceus is the most powerful being in existence.

Except it will still be an episode full of pandering, "Superman and Goku are both great characters and inspirational icons!" They really shouldn't need to do that at all.

It was still a broken example though, since they had already established in the first Death Battle that a blue star boosts Superman's power higher than a yellow star like the Sun would, so him having blue star-level speed next to a yellow star doesn't really add up.
