No, not really charismatic...at least not to me...

...But that's mainly because, well, the arguments presented were filled to the brim with False Dichotomy and Shifting The Burden Of Proof and other issues with the "logic" I had, not that this is an entirely cerebral sort of thing anyways.

Not the character itself, really, at least, I don't think so, so you did okay in that regard.

The entire argument doesn't seem charismatic to me. The logic is Insane Troll Logic and I don't find it plausible that one stranger is enough to turn a kingdom where Magical Girls were previously universally considered heroes against them.

Thats the point though, but the problem with attempting it, is the players already know that option a has no harm.... since they control option a.....

When things start to fail, humans start to turn else where... see below though, she knows the logic is crazy, she is just trying to get ANY THING she can started.

Providence is trying to stir stuff up, with people who would not have the 100% certainty the players do about option a, and even then it is not her goal.

Her goal is trying to stir up any feelings of doubt she can, over there abilities, or even better them if she can... so that... well when what is planed to happen later happens the result is much more effeient...

She is not trying to cause any thing directly, but become a primer if that makes any sense. :/

I like to think the people are desperate at this point. They have just went through Aion and Mordrus attack and are now being struck by an illness which over 10 per cent of the city has. Already there are six confirmed fatalities and vivian has the virus too someone who a lot of people love. The crowd are not acting rationally at this point...

Actually, the problem is, there was definitely a third option for the False Dichotomy problem.

I'm sorry but if they're this desperate shouldn't people be trying to use Kyubey to wish away the problem? I'm sure if they're deserate enough to blame what are essentially cops for the whole thing someone is deseperate to contract with Kyubey for a solution.
