Duterte is really sorry that the assassinations and EJK cases did kill civilians caught in the crossfire, including those who were in the wrong place at the wrong time.

He promised to investigate cases where the ones who are killed are alleged to be either bad guys or just civilians trying to have a normal life. But he insists on looking at the big picture.

A little too late for that though.

I'd call that ironic since it the Chinese meth trading is one of the things fueling the drug traffic in Philippines, but hey the man has to suck some serious balls if he wants to get some allies and some favor from China.
