I don't believe it's worth it to even have this index anymore.
What was most likely once a perfectly valid trope has now become, regardless of original intent, an invitation for Fan Dumb to demonize characters they don't like. This is compounded by the strong belief that these characters are, in fact, the most evilest things that ever eviled their evils of evil, even if all the evil they eviled amounts to a simple Kick the Dog. This often results in heated Edit Wars based on personal belief versus definition.
Whatever definition the trope might have is not oft regarded; in fact, the Main Entry has been locked just to prevent tropers from broadening it to justify their hate.
Look at the evidence here:
So Bad It's Horrible, a page dedicated to labeling entire works beyond saving, with little to no staff moderation, is more civilized and under control. Edit Wars get solved quickly, with little complaining, as everyone knows what is and isn't blatantly false, and the ones who don't are often willing to admit they're wrong. Dethroning Moment of Suck, an outright invitation for media-bashing, successfully keeps a tighter ship than the Complete Monster indexes.
But in Complete Monster, we get long, ugly, drawn out fights over whether or not that one guy who abused animals in a Bettie Boop short is a demon from hell or not. And that's just one page.
I'm not entirely sure what to do with it. All I'm certain is that this page cannot exist in its current state, with constant fighting between the people trying to keep the examples in the original spirit and the fans who undermine their efforts just to get across a point that the character they don't like is the worst thing since Satan, Hitler and Cthulu joined forces to eat all the sliced bread in the world.

For the record, DMOS still has people getting banned and a page was locked over an edit war.

It's still not as bad as this mess.

Yeah, it hasn't gotten to like DMOS level of crazy. Yet.

Gee, here's an idea. Have you ever thought of just, you know, banning the guy whose edit warring?! Seriously, one freaking subpage has a problem, and you're first solution is to just scrap the whole thing, despite the fact that the other pages are well managed? What the hell?!
