Seconding the want to port Valve's major stuff/Steam to Linux. It'd surely be a kick in the pants for Linux desktop usage as a whole, that's for sure.
There has to be a PC port of Forza 4.

Left 4 Dead 2 on PS 3. I was sad that Valve didn't do much beyond releasing Portal 2 and Counter Strike: GO for the console. The Portal 2 stuff was neat, but still.

I want the PS 3 port of Monster Hunter Tri to come to the EU, but it's been out in Japan for at least two years now, it's never going to happen.

Personally, I want them all on the PC, if for no other reason than that I don't want to keep playing console upgrade games just to keep up with Disgaea.
We need the various WWE games moved over to the PC as well. The port we got, WWE Raw, showed the massive potential for the moddability of the PC, but ultimately fell short due to a buggy slow port.

I wouldn't mind a port of WWE 13 for the PC, but mostly only so that it's easier for people to make all those video game characters and have them wrestle it out. I never was into real wrestling, but I love Bazza's WWE streams like I was.
On topic, what I'd love to see is a port of Primal Rage that isn't broken or doesn't have some kind of issue. I know it's not the BEST game, but come on, WB/Netherrealm/whoever owns it, it's a game about dinosaurs! And they're fighting!
