So if members of the Society/Kingdom are called members what could people of the same "race" but belong to other organizations be called?

She's profesional, but a tiny bit world weary, she find's herself becoming more invested in Mel's "way of framing her pain".

Is she ever going to realize it's true? If not, what's she gonna think the home life is like...?

She at first thinks the home life stuff is true, the school stuff a fantasy, then Mel does some practical demonstration...

...And the therapist goes in for some psychoanalysis of her own? That's what I'd do, at any rate.

Well I do have a bit where the therapist realizes one of her friend's is a shifter from Mel's descriptions.

Does she confront said shifter?

No, no real reason to.

Okay... Does said friend pick up on the therapist acting weird around her?

Yes, and the she does decide to think up a bullshit excuse for why her belly's growing so fast...

Why not just hide? Vacation, if it's suspicious.

So what could a post-Morgan Society/Kingdom be called?

Why not go with a classic name, "The New World Order". It sounds mysterious, creepy, menacing, but also a little optimistic and possibly even wellmeaning. (Just like how I vision that guy's Utopia to be.) Besides that name allready appear in all kinds of conspiracies, so...

You mean post-Morgan's changes or post-Morgan's death?

The New World Order works, then, or something subtler like "The World," if he wants to combine everything.
