In no way fits the trope.: Chronic Backstabbing Disorder

Yes, the image displays Fighter getting stabbed in the back by three people, but there is absolutely no treason involved. Red Mage and Thief stabbed him to get him to shut up. Black Mage stabbed him because he hates him. It's slapstick, but extra pointy because it's that kind of setting.

So, we need a new image. Or possibly none at all. Any suggestions?

Image is actively misleading, showing someone getting stabbed in the back, rather than someone who constantly stabs their management in the back.

As a possible replacement, how about the fifth panel from this comic? http://www.nuklearpower.com/2009/05/14/episode-1128-guns-blazing/ It's basically "gee, why am I not surprised to get backstabbed by you again?"

I think the joke in that panel is more about how Thief is, well, an RPG Thief, whose main form of attack is backstabbing. Black Mage didn't comment on his treason (Black Mage broke any form of alliance with Thief and the others in the issues before that one openly and gladly), but on his unoriginal tactics.

In other words, it wouldn't fit either.

How about a picture or a graph of the allegiances during the whole Pirates of the Carribean franchise?

How about a picture of the "You beat your record for most backstabs in one life" message from Team Fortress 2?

Why not a pic of the trope namer having to bust out his anti-treason inhaler? This is not literal back stabbing.

The picture of the inhaler isn't very illustrative on its own, though. And the whole comic would ... not be too illustrative either, since it's way too big and would have to be shrunk too small to read to fit on the page.

It strikes me that the trope namer is not actually an example of the trope. After all, the trope is not "taking medicine against a disease that causes you to kill people".

How about just the first 3 panels?

Well, an ideal image would be a collage of some character betraying multiple different people.
Character going to stab someone, restraining himself and then demonstrating the inhaler is worse, but still could work.

That's the same picture that was suggested earlier in this thread. There were some counterarguments to that:

Picture earlier was just the inhaler. This shows action.
It is not an ideal, but it is good enough to be used if we don't find better.

You are strictly against, three for "good enough", others opinions of this specific cut are unknown.

Ocelot backstabs atleat one person per game, maybe a picture of him from each game back stabing someone.

Post 15 looks good.

Personally, I'd suggest Lu Bu from the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, preferably as he was depicted in Dynasty Warriors. Now that's a dude who wouldn't know what loyalty was if it knocked him clear off his pretty, red horse. In lieu of that, though, I'd second any Ocelot recommendations.
