...Atlus?
Yep, I'm still here.Maybe a gag as to how the heck you're supposed to pronounce Dedede? :P
"Proto-Indo-European makes the damnedest words related. It's great. It's the Kevin Bacon of etymology." ~MadrugadaFridge Brillaince! Fix it Felix Junior is a reference to Donkey Kong in its premise and gameplay. What happened to Donkey Kong after the original Donkey Kong? He became a hero in his own right. That's the reason they're going with the Villian Protagonist setup, it's telling that story.
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.Already mentioned in WMG.
Are we gonna get a video game of this movie?
Do you need to ask?
Never tell your problems to anyone...20% don't care and the other 80% are glad you have them.Yes. It's not like we got a VG adaption for every Disney movie, and Disney still makes some pretty thoughtless mistakes.
A video game of the movie would be the most immediate idea to merchandise this.
Hell, I'm just hoping they make more of those arcade cabinets.
Insert witty and clever quip here. My page, as the database hates my handle. That would be an amazingly sick (in the good way) promotion. Real arcade cabinents, put up at movie theaters. Play an old-school-style game for a quarter! Learn about the movie, maybe!
"Proto-Indo-European makes the damnedest words related. It's great. It's the Kevin Bacon of etymology." ~MadrugadaIt'd be an advertisement that could theoretically pay for itself!
Well, this movie looks good and anything I have to say about it would already have been said.
That's a nice marketing strategy they should do with the arcade game.

Dammit, we should apply to work for Disney's marketing department.

Should be an easy enough task.
I'm having to learn to pay the priceWe only got three days for the trailer of this movie to come out. I hope that the trailer doesn't give away too much, but I'm not holding my breath since thats what marketing does nowadays.
These days, for animated films at least, the first trailer is actually a teaser and doesn't even give away THE MIDDLE of the story! I hope this is the case. I also hope for it to be The Most Awesome Thing Ever In The History Of Nostalgic Video Game Trailers!
Is it wrong that I'm almost as excited for this trailer as I am for some of these game announcements?
"Proto-Indo-European makes the damnedest words related. It's great. It's the Kevin Bacon of etymology." ~MadrugadaThere's Wreck-It Ralph ads all over E3 watching the GTTV coverage. Looks like my theory is correct and they'll have a big reveal there.
PICS OR IT DIDN'T HAPPEN!! XD XD
When does E3 happen anyways? It would be cool for the movie to have an 8 bit intro as a homage to the 8 bit video games. Even done in 8 bit music, kinda like what Scott Pilgrim did with the universal logo.
...E3 is happening right now. In fact I'm pretty sure it started this week.
Maybe you'd be less disappointed if you stopped expecting things to be Carmen Sandiego movies.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and post something I'd like to see but won't happen for obvious reasons.
I would want the climax of the film to take place in a hellish level, most preferably Welcome to the Machine from Ecco the Dolphin. And hell, the main antagonist needs to reflect the values of a good old fashioned Kirby final boss.
Again, "Disney needs to scare kids". Give them the best a sadistic game developer would give them.
