Wii U

On the one hand, it will be weird to not have a new Zelda (not a remake) on Wii U. But on the other hand, putting it up for NX might get that one off to a good start.

We'll see how this develops.

Sterok: Be that as it may, that ignores the fact that if that's what was happening, it would still be listed for Wii U.

I'm going to be very happy when Zelda U comes out.

Then the rumor engine will refocus on Smash leaks.

The 3 Kirby games on VC are 64, Squeak Squad, and Return to Dreamland.

Getting RTD and 64 as soon as I have the spare money.

Not that interested in Squeak Squad. Too Strictly Formula for me.

Squeak Squad is the only one of those I don't already own in some form.

I already own and beat Squeak Squad as well as 64(on the collection disc), but I might get RTD since I've never played that one. Is it worth playing if I've already played Triple Deluxe? Cause TD really seems like an upgraded version of RTD.

I'll say it is. Yeah, Triple Deluxe is pretty much Return to Dreamland 2, but if you liked TD, you'll more than likely enjoy RTD, especially if you can partake in the multiplayer.

As for those VC Kirby releases, I'm kind of surprised Squeak Squad was chosen over Canvas Curse' (unless that's already on the VC). SS was probably the weakest traditional Kirby I've played, but I still liked it and the ability to mix Kirby's abilities in his stomach was a neat mechanic (I still want ability mixing from the Dark Matter trilogy and Squeak Squad to return in some fashion).

I might get RTD. I'd love to play the multiplayer but I don't know if I could even get a player two for it.

SS is alright. I do like the sword combo's you could get and the titular squeak squad. Plus the ghost ability was cool. CC I know isn't on the VC yet.

Return to Dreamland is great. I don't think I'd necessarily say that Triple Deluxe is objectively better, since I feel like RTD has better level design and bosses, but they play very similarly and are of similar quality.

Multiplayer is fun if you can get someone. The good thing is that it's pretty easy for people to pick up even if they usually don't play Kirby games, and you can lead them around.

Return to Dreamland is my favorite Kirby so far. Triple Deluxe was good but it felt a bit lacking in some areas.

Terraria coming to Wii U and 3DS

We knew it would since January but we didn't know it would release in early 2016.

Is it going to be the same port as the other console versions of Terraria?

I think it is version 1.3 which is the current PC version and it might have some Nintendo exclusive items.

I still need to play Bayoneta 2, Shovel Knight, Mighty Switch Force, Splatoon (Which I might get as a birthday present), Hyrule Warriors, and Pikmin 3.

Probably this month. They tend to do them every other month and the last one was technically E3.

I'm hoping for some info on english Xenoblade Chronicles X and Fire Emblem Fates, more stuff on Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem, and maybe other stuff too.

I'm leaving Zelda U out of that list because that one seems to be a long ways off.

Smash DLC?

We just got Smash and Splatoon info that should've been part of a Direct, so we won't be getting one for a few months. Same thing happened last year with the Mario Kart DLC. Probably due to a combination of a lack of new stuff aside from DLC and Iwata.

New characters won't be coming until after the ballot anyway.

On that note, I wonder when we'll be seeing them. The ballot officially ends in October, I believe, but I'm wondering if they're already working on some of the leading results.
