Yes, but that would include ripping thread after thread out of their bunghole, and... y'know. Pretty painful even if they did have the resolve to do it. Besides, mouth and nose go last. Before that comes ears and eyelids. No feeding or breathing rpoblems until the end.
Also, all of the above is assuming you don't have their arms restrained.

I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serial... you mean "do", right?
Eh, I suppose all of this could work for massive squick but for some reason I prefer simple, classic stuff. I get this mental image of the torturers sitting around twiddling their thumbs when one of them goes "hey guys, wouldn't it be great if we did [convoluted and unintuitive thing]?" Then it just crosses back into funny for me.
I mean, characters who aren't some sort of doing-it-for-the-art sadist or "eccentric" scientist probably don't give a crap about creativity. Torture's just a means to some other goal and they're probably going to stick with something with a historical track record (or at least a reputation). Is it just me?
Clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right, here I am...If they have their arms restrained, they can't very well pull a thread, can they?
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialThe villains slice open the victim a little, and insert a glowing hot thing in to the wound and twist it around, while sticking long needles through the person's arms and legs, all the way to the bone.
Sign on for this After The End Fantasy RP.
Well, you wouldn't be able to feed them unless you've got an IV-drip ready. And I'm sure if the victim was determined enough they could just rip out the threads/whatever you're using.
Hadn't thought of Drain-o...
