So has anyone YKTTW'd Duelling Aesops or whatever we call it, or should we wait until we've decided what to do with Aesop Ju-Jitsu?
Is the "characters pointing out the aesop and the not following it" part necessary for the trope, or are we expanding it for that?

I don't think that's necessary. The work itself could also point out the aesop, is that what you meant?
I thought he meant as opposed to the work having a moral but not acknowledging it. I'm not certain whether that counts as An Aesop in the first place.
