Well, Cygan was wondering why there wasn't one, so I made it. I guess we can talk about queer stuff. :3
(*LGBTQ+ Solidarity huggles*)
Oh, and if you're wondering, non-queer folks are welcome too.

Bye, Pony.
Fear the cinnamon sugar swirl. By the Gods, fear it, Laurence.Chin up there, Pony! Bad days happen, mine were all compressed into a week not too long ago.
And good night to ye!
In the backyard, buried deep underneath the tree There's a monster, takin' root in the property...I do, I dig both it and red hair. More than blonde hair anyway.

Chalk up another for blondes, especially bleach blondes.
"I'm not a nerd. I'm a specialist." ~Sousuke SagaraRandom question for any lesbians and bisexual women out there - do you know any cis lesbians with an issue dating a transwoman? I mean post-op here specifically.
I've found that recently there's thankfully been LESS with that kind of issue, but it still annoys me it exists when it's not for a specific understandable reason.
"Did you expect somebody else?"I'm obviously not in the indicated demographic , but I have a suggestion: I would imagine that someone who wants a relationship primarily for the sex might have qualms about dating someone with surgically reconstructed genitals; that's about the only physical difference between a transwoman and a woman who was born into to the right body.
"I'm not a nerd. I'm a specialist." ~Sousuke SagaraThe surgeries have gotten much better though - and that's also why I say post-op. A transwoman can be indistinguishable from a ciswoman, and unless you really looked hard you'd never know.
"Did you expect somebody else?"I like redheads and blonds (it's a gendered word, Egregious ) but I'm honestly shallow like that. I think it's a reaction to my own very average features. Also, all my childhood friends were redheads for some weird reason.
@RRR: It might be an issue for some second-wave feminists, though I obviously don't know what age category you're operating out of. The kerfluffle about letting transwomen into women-only spaces (and the larger implications associated) is, as I understand it, a standing sore spot between the second and third waves. I don't understand the core conflict, though, the finer points of feminist philosophy being well beyond me.

edgewalker: Well, it basically comes down to whether mtf are in fact female. By saying they're not allowed in women only spaces, it's invalidating their experiences and implying no matter what they do, they are still "male"
Read my stories! In that case, the only other factors I could see playing a part are deeply held beliefs regarding gender binarism and practical concerns about the violence and prejudice facing transpeople.
Nonsense; I can refer to guys as blondes if I like. Why should objectification discriminate by sex?

"I'm not a nerd. I'm a specialist." ~Sousuke SagaraFrench is an engendered language. Referring to men as blonde is grammatically incorrect.
Song of the SirensUgh, bathrooms. I'm so glad I've started finding public places with neutral bathrooms.
Aren't men "blond" and women "blonde"?

I have to return some videotapes. My Wallid still do it just to aggravate them
im Devin and im Matts little pony~ :3 im also a gun toten homosexual. and my avatar name is EugenBecause referring to "blondes" specifies that you're talking about women, just like "fiancee." (The Dorothy Sayers short story "The Article in Question" hinges on these things.)

Edge - I'm basically of an age between the two - and although I did read say Greer et al, I turned away from them when they said things about transwomen which puts feminism as a whole to shame. A transwomen is a woman whether they accept it or not, and their experiences aren't that of a man at all. They can argue all they like about biology, but by placing certain requirements on what constitutes a 'real' woman, they only make themselves seem as discriminatory as society is as a whole.
Hell, a transwoman who can identify as a woman no matter where they are on transitioning is a woman to me.
"Did you expect somebody else?"Okay, a cursory Google indicates that it's "blond" for men and "blonde" for women. Learn something new every day. I thought the original complaint was that only women should be objectified by hair color, not that my grammar was off.
"I'm not a nerd. I'm a specialist." ~Sousuke SagaraWhile we're on the subject, 'brunette' is also a female term. Men are brunet.
Song of the SirensDidn't know that one either; thank you.
"I'm not a nerd. I'm a specialist." ~Sousuke Sagara@RRR: You see, you've already shot past me. I only know about this fight due to having some friends who care much more deeply about these things than I do.
Exactly. As I said before, if you feel comfortable in your skin and can clearly say of yourself "this is who I am", then it fucking is who you are.

Aye!
"I'm not a nerd. I'm a specialist." ~Sousuke Sagaradead devotion
I'm just glad there's so many who agree with me.
Thank you all.
