Well, Cygan was wondering why there wasn't one, so I made it. I guess we can talk about queer stuff. :3

(*LGBTQ+ Solidarity huggles*)

Oh, and if you're wondering, non-queer folks are welcome too.

Well, my High School was a bit nice. And everyone adored my drawings. You should had seen my autograph's page in my Senior Yearbook! Mostly girl's numbers!

...Though 99.99% of them are married about now. So much for a Highschool Sweetheart, huh?

The thing about high school is that it's terrible when you're there unless you're a football player or a cheerleader, but after you leave you forget the awful stuff and remember the scraps of fun you had.

I kinda befriended some of the cheerleaders. The ones I befriended really subvert the Nasty Cheerleader stereotype very well.

I'd say for me it's a mixed bag, for one thing in High School I didn't really have that many responsibilities and like Ziggirawk mentioned there was the free lunches, no work (well except on weekends) and seeing your friends nearly everyday (although few I did have).

On the other hand now that I'm in college I've grown more than I ever did in High School probably due to the world being much more open than it was in HS and now that there is a much larger roster of people to become friends with. Sure there's a wackload bunch of responsibilities but I've learned to live and manage.

So in case of tl;dr:

High School:sad

I was also infamous for buying ice creams during lunch. I would buy one every day.

I even got glomped by one of the teachers! (She was explaining something to the class, I had a project to give out, and she gave me permission to be hugged.)

High school/academy was dull at the best of times and soul-crushing at the worst. It's one of the reasons that I took refuge in the internet. Escapism is fun.

I guess we could go... wherever we please.

My high school wasn't either, I just didn't like it. We had a pretty good special ed program, which is admirable.

Thanks for the reassurment. Although my high school is way better than my middle school. I still don't like high school but it's way better than the abuse I got in middle school... I don't want to get into that. Repressed memories should stay repressed memories.

Secondary school (years 7-11 and sometimes -13) has been quite good so far. I hope it stays that way. It still ain't as good as primary school, though.

Elementary school was the worst time for me when I was younger, since it was when a certain event happened that lead to a lonely life with no friends and my own little dark ages till about Gr.11 when I met a few people who actually had similar interests.

[up][up]Good luck!

All of the girls I've crushed on in school were straight. *sigh* Except there was a period when I crushed on my bi friend but we are too close of friends now to ever take it to that level.
