All this is basically a silly way of measuring Gainaxing. It's hardy befitting of it's own page.

Some pages are just about fan terms, not necessarily being its own trope. Engaging Chevrons is basically the same as Padding, just a fandom specific term.

Yeah, this is just a definition of a fandom term.

[up][up] Is it that widely used that it needs its own page?

Seeing as it's got 45 inbounds which is pretty good considering it's just a definition page, I'd say yes.

Considering that it's a measure of the bounciness of breasts, it could easily be incorporated into the trope page about bouncy breasts.

...It feels kinda weird to type this.

I don't see why we should make a mess of the Gaingaxing page by shoving in the definition for another term that's as long as the current definition. It's just confusing people for the sake of having fewer pages. That sort of thing leads to trope decay.

I'm with KJ Mackley and shimaspawn on this one. There's really no good reason to remove this page. To me it's a lot like Hiroshima as a Unit of Measure, only with mammaries.

... I am disturbed by the implications of this.

[up] Personally, I'd be rather amused.

Well, if pages that are solely about definitions are alright, then there is no reason to remove it, I guess. And more pages with images with boobs are always a good thing.

[up][up] How? there aren't even any examples.

There shouldn't be any examples. It's not a trope. It's a fandom definition. Those don't get examples.

[up] So why can't it simply be combined with the Gainaxing? Padding and Engaging Chevrons are also fandom terms and they have examples.

Because it's not a trope that's used in media. Those are. And it can't be combined with Gaingaxing because it's not Gaingaxing. It just measures Gaingaxing so it would be adding a giant unrelated paragraph to the definition that doesn't belong there. It belongs on it's own page.

[up] Well ok, It just seems silly for an obscure "fandom" definition to get it's page, but I not gonna argue it.
