I wanted to make the thread! meanie!
An introduction is necessary, I guess:
Korean webcomics, for our Webcomic regulars, are Exactly What It Says on the Tin, webcomics from Korea. But unlike Dilbert or XKCD, chances are likely that they function like a normal comic (or Manhwa for that matter). They have a fantasy story line or plot, and have an episodic nature, and end with with the end of the story line. Oh, and the panels flow vertically, and can go on for multiple pages. But trust us, they are still web-comics and not Manhwa.
However, fear not, there do exist web-comics which do function just like their American counter parts, with a daily reset button, or a weekly arc at most.
Allow me to link to some web-comic I follow. They are translated to english, so you can read them too, however, you can read the originals for free them at popular Korean Webcomic sites such as Daum or Naver:
- Noblesse: A vampire wakes up after 800 years of sleep, and gets enrolled in a Korean high school. Hilarity Ensues
- Tower Of God: A simple kid tries to climb the ranks at the Tower of God
- Welcome to the Convenience Store! : This is a more regular webcomic, showcasing the daily going ons at a convenience store, with helpings of Not Always Right thrown.
There are more, which I, and my fellow enthusiast will introduce regularly.

Herald of the Literature Sub-Forum. Share me your favourite book/series/author!No, I think you hit the high points. Though I would add Cerebus Syndrome to the Noblesse description.
Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!I don't know about that. There always seem to be enough room for humor and in fact, I think it originally started as semi-Seinen but now, if you ask me, is a definite Shōnen.
By the way, for those of you who likes extremely attractive males, this is THE series for you.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel. It is even a plot point AND Running Gag.

Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!Plot point? When?
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel. The only Korean webcomic I've read is Kiss Wood; the first thing that pops to mind about it is that it's really well drawn...along with a pretty decent storyline.
Tumblr here.Ah yes. That is really excellent. If you like Scenery Porn, how about trying Song of the Clouds and Nineteen Twenty one? They both have BEAUTIFUL art that puts most Kyo Ani or Makoto Shinkai works in shame (notice the exaggeration here)
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.I would like to introduce TAL, a new webcomic series I have found. It's a nice read, and I recommend it. Only five chapters out for now.
Here is a CrowningMomentOfFunny from it
Also, Noblesse chapter 186 out.

Herald of the Literature Sub-Forum. Share me your favourite book/series/author!TAL feels like Bleach. What's with Koreans and cool masks.
I don't know, it feels more like Fate Stay Night.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.Hooray! Some people that knows of Noblesse on this site!
Always be ready to do the unusual and unexpected.I know right? Speaking of which, please add its example in as many pages as possible. Thank you. I consider it my personal mission.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.Shouldn't Nobless examples in trope be list as under webcomics?
Yup.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.Layers is a pretty good webcomic too.
And I'm wondering if there are any beings stronger than Rai from Noblesse excluding the Previous and Current Lord, since he was forced into hiding by some mysterious force.
Always be ready to do the unusual and unexpected.Shinwoo.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.Yeah, Transformed Shinwoo would be rather awesome.
Always be ready to do the unusual and unexpected. No mention of Trace yet? I think that's one of the most popular webtoons right now.
Right now? I don't know. Back then? Hell yeah, it's like Heroes if it didn't suck. The ending had a bit of Neon Genesis Evangelion if you ask me. The Breaker New Waves is currently a webtoon as well.
My personal recommendation: Nineteen Twenty one. It's a story about a couple and their love for cats (to put it simply). It has a very warm and relaxing storyline, and very pleasant art style.
Oh, and anyone heard of this one? It has one of the most amazing webcomic arts, EVER!
Really, Korean webtoon in general have really nice art.

I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.Don't forget the color. It's really nice to see that.
Wow, quite a few posts since I last checked this thread. Tower of God 47 is out.
This is getting good. Though how he will explain being in the safety zone to the rest of the examiners...
@Noblesse: True, a Noblesse's "elegance" and "beauty" is used more for a Running Gag and reaction faces than a Plot Point, but it is how someone recognizes a Noblesse.
Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!Soul weapons are also a pretty good indicator of Noblesse, though that only extends to Clan Leaders.
Always be ready to do the unusual and unexpected.Speaking of Soul Weapons, am I the only one who get Zanpakuto/Noble Phantasm vibes from those?
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.Yeah, they remind me of the above statement. They also remind me of Nen from Hunter X Hunter too for some reason.
Always be ready to do the unusual and unexpected.
Talk about Korean webtoons, like Tower Of God and Noblesse here.
