Meanwhile, I think that the Goblin Scout spawn is bugged... I used battle potions, water candles, and none spawned. I'd normally get 5-7 in a day, before the update.

Trivia time:
- Pinky the miniboss slime can spawn inside Slime Rain events.
- You can now "dig out" certain background walls while holding their replacement in hand.

Just learnt about the infinite ammo items for plain Wooden Arrows and Musket Balls.
They'll make nice emergency ammo for whenever I run out of specialized ammo.

With the right gear and buffs it's not actually that hard to achieve without it for higher tier ammo. Or at the very least it's consumption is so miniscule it amounts to the same thing.

re: Bottomless quiver/musketball pouch: I guess it's for the point where you can afford 4 stacks of material at once, and besides that the crafting station can only be bought in Hard Mode.
Expert Mode, with 6 Menacing accessories, the Armor Piercing Teeth, Avenger Emblem, and a melee damage set, plus Ichor debuff on enemy.

Though I prefer using the Terrarian+Yoyo Bag against the final boss, it's easier to kite him with it since the projectiles home in.

An airship isn't a bad idea, it'll be easy to protect in expert, at least assuming I don't have harpy problems building it.
My first house was a bunker, dug into a large mountain by spawn.

The idea is to build a little below their spawning area so it's still 100 blocks or so above sea level but not in Space.
I got the Hardmode Jungle Yoyo drop :D With the Godly fix it's amazingly strong.
I've heard/seen that there are some interesting new structures in the Underground Jungle.
EDIT: Does it count as Product Placement that several of the Yoyos added in 1.3 are named after real-world Competition Yoyos from an actual brand?
