I thought the Resort had some form of magical anti-violence thing in place.

That was more of a Dope Slap than anything else, I think.

Fair enough.

I don't know if Resort has anything magical in place to prevent fighting, but I seem to remember that Casual threads are no-fighting by default. Except, that is, for the virtual reality thing in the basement. And presumably friendly competition... LIKE SNOWBOARDING.

On that note, I started to type a post for Virgil yesterday but then realized it was, like, exactly time for me to go home, so I scrapped it. Will post shortly.

Not sure how to get Felix and Gwion together at the moment.

I dunno. Have him wander into the bar and see/recognise Gwion and Ulf? It's a popular destination.

Not sure how to progress from there, though. Are he and Rose likely to head to the bar without noticing who's encamped there and then realise, after they've ordered something to drink that they're near to Gwion and Ulf?

There is a magical non-violence field at the Resort, but friendly banter is usually a reasonable exception.

Note that it may not work if someone tried to do the same thing to somebody else they didn't know, though.

Have I completely missed a post in Capital?

Oh well, off up to the hospital to visit my son - who's doing very well after his operation, btw - but I'll be back to post later this evening if needed.

re the Terra-Novan-Council-sponsored spree at the bar, as David has an account at the hotel, he can always return the favour by providing a hotel meal later if need be.

@Tro Partner: Every EMS service's protocols are different, based on state protocols and what your service's individual protocols allow.

Also are you guys waiting for me? Because I'm waiting for you (Killer Clowns, Solip Schism, Night and Millership) to post.

I'll be posting for the Captain if that's what's holding you up, but I'm basically waiting for a response for Varnas.

For some reason I always assume people with no avatars are nrjxll. Mainly because I don't bother looking at people's names.

This is part of the reason I've never gotten an avatar.

It's not prefect but it's pretty good.

I'd offer some tips and explanations, but I'm utterly exhausted from today's EMS simulation (I could go on and on about how fun and what a learning experience it was, but I'm too tired to go into the details), not to mention that I can't find the exact section of my textbook that talks about what I want to mention.

If I may, could I have a look at the manual you're using as a source?
