Manuel Meli (born March 25th, 1995) is an Italian dubbing voice actor.
Due to being frequently cast as The Protagonist, he's the Italian voice of Cody Martin in the Suite Life sitcoms, Phineas in Phineas and Ferb, and Natsu in the anime series Fairy Tail. Despite his frequent protagonist roles, ha has also voiced antagonistic characters on occasion, most notably Joffrey in Game of Thrones.
