Not sure what the poster is, but the tagline would definitely be "[Director's Name] is an alien spy!"

Da Rules excuse all the inaccuracy in the world. Listen to them, not me.

For Peppermint Wind, my actually-semi-realistic work:

The teaser poster would be simply a close-up of the face of a large, hand-made, swirled lollipop. Tagline: "Candy is dandy, but liquor is necessary to survive your relatives."

The official poster would be of a paper candy bar wrapper lying in the dirt. The label would say, "CANDY BY CANE: Chocolate Chili Bar," and have a printing on it of a marsupial mole (look it up on GIS) wearing a poncho and a sombrero, and shaking maracas. However, someone with a red marker or crayon will have drawn a big "NO" sign over the mole. Tagline: Sabotage is anything but sweet.

Project One Fifty Four is a refined version of this image.

I am a huge fan of minimalistic imagery, so it would be this small image in a huge sea of black.

The title is "Project One Fifty-Four" in white American typewriter, smallish but strong and readable.

I have no idea what the tagline would be. "The Story of an Individual", perhaps?

Banned entirely for telling FE that he was being rude and not contributing to the discussion. I shall watch down from the goon heavens.

Fine: The book cover is a white background with a red cross that looks like a blood stain at a slight angle, in the left bottom corner their is a silhouette of the protagonist and his shadow is going up to the cross in an acute angle, connecting the two. The movie poster would match.

Jordan Eats Normally Now, (title pending) The creator of Dark Chao Adventures, The Adventures of the Slenderbrothers, and Me and My Family of Friends decides to go right to the heart of horror. Join him in his entry of the Fear Mythos. Like DCA part 4, there would be several different posters, and a lot of teaser posters.

TEASER 1) A small pond by a church. No people around. No fish or ducks in the pond. The ground around the pond would be soaking wet. The occasional.. string coming out of the pond, lying on the ground. "The Fear Mythos" would be at the bottom-left corner of the picture.

TEASER 2) A vinyl copy of Genesis' Invisible Touch. A CD copy of it directly next to it. A woman's hand reaching down to grab the LP. "The Fear Mythos" at the bottom-left corner. "She seems to have an invisible touch. It reaches in and slowly tears you apart."

PROPER 1) A small bedroom. Vinyls litter the floor, all of progressive rock albums. Look close enough, and you'll see Invisible Touch in there twice. Tales From Topographic Oceans is the only non-LP there; it's a CD. Everything in the room is soaking wet. "We're so glad you could attend; come inside, come inside..."

2) Jordan, complete in trilby, slendercoat, sunglasses and purple scarf, holding a red video camera, walking down an empty neighbourhood. A couple of cats are nearby, and there are faint.. strings in the background, strings that you can never see both ends of. He's outside one particular house. In the window of the house, there is a girl at the window, staring at him. "Yesterday, he woke up sucking a lemon. Today, he woke up to hear tapping on his window."

3) Two-parter poster, posters would always be next to each other. I- Close-up of Sam, submerged in a pond, arms outstretched, hair floating everywhere, eyes closed. "Welcome back, my friends..." II- VERY close-up of Sam's face, same as before. Eyes open. Blank. Brain-dead, staring blank. "...to the show that never ends."

4) Nathan, looking around an empty city street. Completely empty. He is wearing an eyepatch. The complete emptiness would be emphasized. "The cityscape burns brighter by the hour."

5) A screenshot of a blog, labelled Jordan Eats Normally Now. Has entries documenting other blogs on it. "To those who understand, I extend my hand; to the doubtful, I demand you take me as I am."

6) Teaser 1, but a crowd of people are gathered around the pond, all staring, brain-dead, with disturbing and inhuman faces *

. Strings are all rising out of the pond. "Along every river and canal, their power is growing..."

There. That's it. ....for now. Jordan Eats Normally Now is bound to evolve to even better ideas than those.

Life In Hindsight

It shows an elderly man looking at a wall with 3 identical clocks on it. The first two clocks have their hour and minute hand at the Twelve, and the third clock's hands are set so it's 3 minutes away. On it is the tagline, "What if you could go back in time to save the one you love? What if you went back in time and didn't try?"

"Sarchasm: The gulf between the author of sarcastic wit and the person that doesn't get it."
