Episode 6

Tooru finds new and unusual ways that being the size of a 7 year old sucks.

Yuuko spends half the episode glued to Nagi's arm, is traumatized by the site of a guy in his underwear (after she spent a good 15 seconds staring at Tooru's snatch last episode), and is so scared by the end of the night she has to sleep with a giant stuffed teddy bear.

I've seen seven episodes, I think I'm caught up now.

This show is a show for people who like cute things. Not much else to say, but it's damn good at it.

Especially Yuuko being the Butt-Monkey. :3

Should this be added to Iyashikei?

It should be, IMO.

What is it then? I mean the series is a K On expy with No Music No Life. And K On is on Iyashikei.

K-On isn't Iyashikei either.

If anything I would say it's a funnier K-On without a band, becuase of the insert songs. I think it has more music than K-On's first season.

Episode 8 was alright. It made me want to see what a slice of life show would be like if boys had more than three lines in it...

Anyway, episode was fun, Tooru and Run's "fight" was adorable, and Mipo-rin secured her position of awesomest side character. Everything Yutaka does, she does only at Mipo-rin's sufferance.

Also, watched the two specials that were released online. Both were very cute, first showed why Tooru wears the too big sweater (huge shock, it involves Run!) and the second involved them going to a scary movie, and Tooru trolling Yuuko so hard her mind breaks.

What is it with girls named Yuuko getting trolled this season...

Nichijou's is actually spelled "Yukko".

No, that is her nickname, her name is Yuuko.

Anyway, loved the episode as much as i'm loving the series. I think this suffers from the same thing that a lot of slice of lifes do, the side characters are, at times, more entertainting than the main characters.

What I really liked this episode was to see the relationships between the teachers and Miho and Yutaka's dynamic. I also liked when Touru smiled after Yutaka was hugging her, as opposed to when she used to get annoyed by that, still it's not like she has to put up with it for more than three minutes. Like Setsuna said, Mipo-rin is the awesomest side character ever, and not even the curry fairy can take that title away from her.

And Touru drowning her sorrows on cola was great.

MIPO-RIN FTW

Latest episode. Lack of Mipo-rin, Yutaka and Satou-sensei, but made up for by the cooking fiasco. Oh Run...

Also Yuuko reading eromanga about herself.

I constantly feel bad for Touru. She's just so tiny. What I don't understand is why she doesn't like people finding out things about her, like that she hands out candy to little kids, or is an honor role student.

Yuuko is hot, but I love Touru's personality. Reminds me a bit of Suzu from Seitokai Yakuindomo. I almost always go for the loli characters. Not because of their loli-ness, but because their insanities seem to mesh well with mine.

Does Run realize how much Touru loves her? It is starting to piss me off.

You expect Run to notice that? You have far too much faith in her.

Run is borderline Cloud Cuckoo Lander. She notices NOTHING.

I love the fact that she constantly just spaces out and makes here "I have no idea what you're tlaking about so just going to sit here until you stop." face.

I love that face.

One can always hope for Yuri love.

Yesterday's episode made me miss owning cats.

Touru-sensei! I think I'm in love.
