I'm guessing Chrono Trigger is going to retain its old translation, instead of the DS script?

I have a message from another time...If it is announced for the US and Europe (maybe they'll finally get it), yeah. These are just for Japan as of now.

ALL CREATURE WILL DIE AND ALL THE THINGS WILL BE BROKEN. THAT'S THE LAW OF SAMURAI.Eh, don't worry dude. Original Hardware really is better.
I can't imagine playing either of those games with a Wiimote. A Gamecube controller maybe (though actually, the last time I played Mega Man X with a Gamecube controller, it sucked balls since the L and R buttons are pressure-sensitive and that can mess up dashing. Fortunately, I have both those games for the SNES)

visit my blog!Uh, we Europeans have had the Updated Re Release for a year and a half now.
My name is Addy. Please call me that instead of my username.I can't imagine playing either of those games with a Wiimote.
Which is why the Classic Controller was made... Although I'm not used to playing N64 games with it and just use the Gamecube controller for those.
So, question.
If/when Chrono Trigger does cross out, and I have the remake but haven't played it nor the SNES version, should I get the VC version?
Re:MMX - Eeeh, I'll just get the collection for PS 2 or Gamecube that came out a while back.
IIRC there's not much difference between the remake and the original SNES version, save for slight translation differences and some new anime-style FM Vs (and, on the PS 1, Loads and Loads of Loading).
So really, the only reason to get it on the VC is for purism.
visit my blog! You are aware that there's a controller for the Wii that is essentially an SNES controller with analog sticks, right?
Oh my lord. ABOUT TIME this happens! But...Its not happening for America now is it?
Well, Final Fantasy VI was just released in Europe for the VC, and it's very likely that both it and Chrono Trigger will be released in North America as well.

Why I am afraid of fences.Welp, looks like Europe's getting it too.
Why I am afraid of fences.Been waiting forever for this! I was very upset on my first time to the Virtual Console shopping channel to see no Chrono Trigger. Talk about one for the ages.
'Bout time if you ask me.
