CGI movie follow-up to Green Lantern...
Sigh... are movie followup shows ever good these days?
"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Maybe it's a follow-up to the DC Animated Green Lantern.
More Buscemi at http://forum.reelsociety.com/I mind the live action far more than the flash animated (which can be and has been used well). I wonder, what other DC shows we're going to get?
- The Problem Solverz looks like a poor man's Williams Street production
- Secret Mountain Fort Awesome sounds cool
- Gumball looks alright (and the neighbors on the right remind me of the Bigheads◊)
- The Looney Tunes Show looks feh, but I'll give it a try
- Level Up reminds me of Ace Lightning
- Ben 10 is Cartoon Network's equivalent of Sponge Bob Square Pants
- Thunder Cats looks interesting
- Green Lantern: The Animated Series sounds feh
- DC Nation has potential
- How To Train Your Dragon sounds feh
- RedaKai: Conquer the Kairu sounds very cliche
- Lego Ninjago sounds feh

http://s1.zetaboards.com/Conceptual_Evolution/ http://sagan4.com/forum/index.php20 years from now the Ben 10 franchise will be the biggest joke in action cartoon history and I like Ben 10.
- The Problem Solverz: Ultra-shit
- Secret Mountain Fort Awesome: Shit.
- The Amazing World of Gumball: Shit.
- The Looney Tunes Show: Loony Tunes = good. Trying to make the Looney Tunes compatible with modern humor = shit.
- Level Up: Shit.
- New Ben 10 Series [Title TBD]: Ben 10 hasn't been good since the first series. Shit.
- Thunder Cats: I never saw the first series, but as a remake, I'll make an educated guess and say shit.
- Green Lantern: The Animated Series: I confess that I'm actually looking forward to this. The GL franchise is definitely at the top of my list where DC comics is concerd.
- DC Nation: No comment.
- How to Train Your Dragon: Shit. I loved the movie, and this will only ruin a good thing.
- Total Drama: Revenge of the Island: Yawn. World Tour was iffy from the get go, with only the musical numbers saving it. This reeks of the start of Mario-scale stagnation.
- Reda Kai: Conquer the Kairu: Shit.
- Lego Ninjago: Shit.
I don't think Fort Awesome will be shit. After all, it's headed by the same guy who made this.
I'm sorry but the new Thundercats show looks freaking awesome.
If anything that video reinforces my doubts.

The exclusion of Sym-Bionic Titan is pissing a lot of people off too.
Gumball, Problem Solvers, Looney Toons, and Thundercats have preview videos up on Cartoon Network's website. Looney Toons and Gumball both look pretty good, and Thundercats doesn't look bad, either.
But calling any of these shows other than the above four shit without seeing them is really jumping to conclusions.
"Aren't you cold, Finn?"They're bringing in crap to replace Titan. I think I'm going to be sick.
I actually remember when they aired the whole Ninjago pilot movie.
It wasn't half bad.
Long live Cinematech. FC:0259-0435-4987Call me when they start using the old logo that they constantly tease in their bumpers again.
I mean, I have no problem with a network refacing, it's when they reference they're previous one in every Station I.D. that pisses me off.
Ok, someone help me out there. I saw Batman The Brave And The Bold listed among the returning series. I thought they stopped production on that show. So does that just mean reruns or what's the deal there?
What new shows?! Most of these are adaptations or new seasons of existing ones!
^^Brave and the Bold is getting one last (glorious) season before CN slaughters that gold egg laying goose.
I suppose that's better than nothing.
So Symbionic Titan is canned in it's prime, while Ben 10 continues to get driven into the ground.
...You suck, CN!
^...and Plasticman is never given a chance to shine at all.
What did you expect? I was pretty skeptical when I saw the premiere. Though, it is Genndy they're trampeling over! What, are you guys CONTROLLED by money?!
Isn't EVERY network CONTROLLED by money?
Yep, I'm still here.
The most recent lineup for Cartoon Network has been announced. Since there wasn't any real topic I could put this in, I just put it here.
I'm pissed that Ben 10 is getting another series, but it's balanced by the fact most of the good programs (Adventure Time, Regular Show, the Friday night shows) are renewed. The Thundercats reboot and the DC hub are both interesting, but the whole "Cartoon Network putting in live action series and crappy Flash shows" is getting tired fast. Also,
WHAT THE HELL
